Women's Homesteading Weekend Retreat — Ticket
Date: Friday–Sunday, November 6-8, 2026
Location: Stewart Farms CO-OP in Pleasant Hope, MO (camping available on-site)
Check-in: Friday evening from 4:00–6:00 PM
Saturday start: 9:00 AM | Sunday end: 1:00 PM
What this ticket includes
Access to special guest speakers across all three days
Evening campfire gatherings and stargazing
On-site camping space (bring your own tent and sleeping gear)
Friday BYO potluck, Breakfast both mornings, lunch on Saturday, dinner on Saturday, and Sunday light refreshments for lunch.
Time-blocked periods for rest, reflection, and unstructured crafting
Opportunity to share and trade skills with other attendees
Printed program and a welcome pack with homestead goods

12:00–1:00 PM — Farm-to-table lunch
1:30–2:30 PM — FarmHER Presentations
3:00–5:00 PM — Free time OR purchase a Breakout workshop (choose on of three offerings TBD)

What to bring
Tent, sleeping bag, pad, phone charger, blanket, umbrella, Weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes. (All campsites will be w/out electric)
A handicraft or small project to work on (knitting, embroidery, small woodworking, basketry, etc.)
Personal notepad and pen
Reusable water bottle and mug
Any personal medications and toiletries
Accessibility and safety
On-site communal restrooms & shower room.
Low-scent policy in shared indoor spaces
Quiet spaces designated for rest and nursing/pumping
Camp staff and trained first-aid responder on site

This retreat is designed to create space for women to learn practical homesteading skills, share creative handicrafts, rest outdoors, and form lasting connections. Come prepared to contribute your skills, listen, and leave with new friends and practical knowledge.
